This is both a project of documentation and reinterpretation.  First, a small hand held item was deconstructed and reduced to its parts.  Drawings were made to catalog its pieces and describe its assembly.  These pieces were then hybridized into a new object.  Various forms were constructed using a variety of pieces until one was selected for fabrication.  Drawings of this new hybrid object were done in the same way as the original piece to cohesively tie them both together as an evolution of model and object making.
